About the Role
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Live-in Carers to provide high-quality, personalised care to clients in their own homes across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
As a Live-in Carer, you will live in the client's home and provide up to 12 hours of active care daily, with breaks and rest periods. You will be responsible for all aspects of care including personal care, medication management, companionship, and light domestic tasks.
This role offers excellent earnings and the opportunity to make a real difference to someone's quality of life while they remain in the comfort of their own home.
Benefits & Rewards
45p per mile for all travel between clients
28 days annual leave including bank holidays
Working Pattern
Live-in arrangement: Stay in client's home
Pattern: Typically 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
Accommodation: Private room provided
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with the care team
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months experience in live-in care or similar role
• Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Medication administration training (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential
• Enhanced DBS check required
• Flexibility to work different locations
• Professional references required
• Right to work in the UK
