We are looking for reliable and experienced Night Care Assistants to provide overnight care and support to our clients across Buckinghamshire.

Night care roles include both sleeping nights (where you rest but are available if needed) and waking nights (where you remain active throughout the shift). You will provide essential support during nighttime hours, ensuring client safety and comfort.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

- Previous experience in care, preferably night care
- Ability to stay alert and responsive during night hours
- Good understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Excellent observation and reporting skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Reliable transport to reach various locations
- Flexibility to work different shift patterns
- Good physical health and stamina
- Right to work in the UK
