About the Role
We are looking for experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistants to provide high-quality domiciliary care to our clients in Aylesbury and surrounding areas.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care that enables our clients to remain independent in their own homes. You will work closely with clients, their families, and our care team to ensure the highest standards of care.

Benefits & Rewards
45p per mile for all travel between clients
28 days annual leave including bank holidays
Working Pattern
Full-time hours: 35-40 hours per week
Shift patterns: Mix of early (7am-3pm), late (3pm-11pm), and weekend shifts
Travel: Between clients in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire area
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with the care team
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
• Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
• Previous experience in domiciliary care (minimum 1 year)
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Enhanced DBS check (we can arrange this)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient nature
• Right to work in the UK
